When you submit a request via the form on this site, we collect your name, email address, requested Number, and any message you choose to include. If your request proceeds to verification, additional identity documents may be requested and handled through Stripe Identity, a third-party identity verification service.
Information you submit is used solely to process your request, verify your identity and Billionaire status, and coordinate the acquisition and delivery of The Card. We do not sell, share, or license your information to any third party.
Form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to process your request. Identity verification documents processed through Stripe Identity are handled in accordance with Stripe's privacy policy and are not stored by us directly.
This site uses Netlify for hosting and form handling, and Stripe Identity for identity verification. Each operates under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them independently.
You may request the deletion of any personal information you have submitted by contacting us directly. We will confirm deletion within a reasonable timeframe.
For any privacy-related inquiries, please contact us via the request form on the main site. All correspondence is handled privately and confidentially.
Certified Billionaire is a private registry issuing a maximum of 100 numbered spots to verified Billionaires. Each spot is a 1 of 1, permanently assigned upon acquisition. The registry closes permanently at 100.
Participation is limited to individuals whose verified net worth meets or exceeds $1,000,000,000 USD as confirmed through the Forbes or Bloomberg Billionaires Index, or through a letter from a licensed CPA or wealth manager. One spot per verified Billionaire.
Submission of a request does not guarantee eligibility or acquisition. All requests are subject to identity and status verification prior to any payment being accepted. A spot is not removed from The Board until acquisition is complete. Inquiries are handled in the order they are received, per number.
The acquisition price is $1,000,000 USD per spot. Payment is accepted via secure link sent directly to the acquirer's verified email upon confirmation of eligibility. All acquisitions are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. A spot and its associated Card are fully transferable.
The Card is a physical bearer instrument. It is not registered to any individual and is fully transferable. Certified Billionaire bears no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage following delivery. Delivery is insured and requires a signature.
Upon acquisition, a spot on The Board is confirmed. At the acquirer's request, a name or link may be displayed on their spot. The Board is a permanent public record and will not be altered following confirmation except at the acquirer's explicit request. A spot and its associated Card are fully transferable. The Card is a bearer instrument — possession constitutes ownership.
Certified Billionaire is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the registry, including but not limited to loss of value, market changes, or failure to acquire a desired Number.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
